Tukupi (meaning "land of thunder") is a landlocked region in northern Araucaria, and one of the eight regions of the community. It borders the Arapytúcaá region to the south, the Castejón Metropolis, Piedmont, Luzamontaña and Vitacura to the east, and Jaguarundi to the north. It has an area of 32,086 km2 (12,388 sq mi) making it the # largest region of Balisca, and an estimated population of 2,649,827 as of 1 January 2022.

The administrative center and most-populous city of Tukupi is Valparaíso. Tukupi is situated in a mountainous setting with vast greenery and lush vegetation, and is it part of Green Balisca. The region has a humid subtropical climate, characterized by warm, humid summers and cold, snowy winters.
