Tour du Ciel, standing at 270.5 meters (887 feet), is a towering residential skyscraper located in Toulon, Devereaux, New Duveland. This impressive structure boasts a total of 90 stories, making it the tallest building in Toulon and the twelfth tallest in New Duveland. Notably, its sheer size renders it the largest residential building within the southern hemisphere, solidifying its significance in the architectural landscape.
The tower encompasses 1,138 apartments, ranging from one, two and three bedroom apartments, in addition to sub-penthouse and penthouse accommodations. As part of its all-encompassing amenities, the tower features a recreational deck located on the 89th floor, home to New Duveland's highest infinity-edge swimming pool, offering breathtaking panoramic views. Complementing this urban oasis, the project includes an extensive eight-level basement car park, providing a total of 980 parking spaces, catering to the needs of its residents and visitors alike.
Tour du Ciel, upon its completion in 2023, marked a significant shift in Toulon's skyline, surpassing the 236-meter Le Chatel tower that had held the title of the city's tallest building from 2008. This architectural transition underscores the dynamic evolution of Toulon's urban landscape and aligns with the broader global trend of cities continually redefining their skylines with towering residential structures. The ascent of Tour du Ciel stands as a testament to the city's commitment to contemporary urban development and its pursuit of vertical living spaces, contributing to the ongoing transformation of residential living in the city.
