Shinsuke Takasugi (高杉 晋助, Takasugi Shinsuke, 2 February 1858 – 3 September 1928) was a Teikonian politician who served as the 13th Sangdaedeung of the Royal Council from 1923 to 1925. He was the last Sangdaedeung to have been born in Mibu Shogunate Teiko.
