Seiru (清流, Seiru, 2 December 1878 – 16 March 1959) was the 4th Prince of Teiko reigning from 5 December 1941 until his death on 16 March 1959. He was succeeded by his eldest son, Tsuyosho.

Seiru has been considered by many historians as the most controversial Teikonian prince. Multiple new historical documents have asserted that Seiru played an active role in the 1941 political chaos that led to the assassination of his brother, Hideyoshi, and several high ranking government officials including Daijō-daijin Genbu Kururugi as well as the installation of a fascist government led by Yoshimatsu Okada.
