Riko Aida (相田 リコ, Aida Riko, born 5 February 1956) is a Teikonian politician, educator, and academic who is the longest-serving Minister for Health, Education, Culture and Sports, holding the position for 11 years from 2009 until 2020.

During her ministry, Aida was responsible for the expansion of the national health care system, and the universal access to education act.
In August 2020, she announced her intention to resign citing health reasons and failures to control the spread of Covid-19.
