The Rikken Dōshikai (Japanese: 立憲同志会, lit.'Association of Comrades of the Constitution') was a political party active in Teiko in the early 20th century. It is considered as the first political party in the country. It was also known as simply the Dōshikai.

Founded in 1868 by members of the Mibu clan as to consolidate political power and influence prior to the 1870 Teiko general elections, the party is considered by many historians as an early example of conservatism in Teiko. Many members of the party were original drafters of the Keisuke Constitution.
