Océan is a residential skyscraper located at 84 L'Esplanade, Loisieux, Lapérouse, New Duveland.

The tower rises 78 stories, encompassing a total of 722 residential apartments. A comprehensive array of amenities enhances the resident experience, featuring a recreation area replete with a swimming pool, spa, fitness courtyard, and a barbecue area, all strategically positioned atop a five-level podium. Further contributing to the allure of this residence, a dedicated indoor pool for residents is situated on the 32nd level. Addressing practical considerations, the three-level basement beneath the ppodium serves as a parking facility, providing accommodation for 392 vehicles. Notably reaching a pinnacle at 271 meters (856 feet), it claims the distinction of being the second tallest edifice in Loisieux, after the 1L building.

Submitting a development application in December 2017 marked the initial step towards the realization of this architectural endeavor. Despite encountering objections from various neighbours by January 2018, the unwavering momentum of the project saw it through, obtaining the crucial approval from the City Council. Commencing construction in mid-2018, the project progressed steadfastly, reaching a significant milestone with its topping-out ceremony in late 2021.

Océan is recognised as the 18th tallest building in the country, the 7th tallest in Lapérouse, and the second tallest in Loisieux. It's worth noting that while architecturally it's second in Loisieux, to roof it surpasses Un Lapérouse by 13 metres, and by area is the largest building in the city.
