Nagare Hisui (比水 流, Hisui Nagare, born 11 November 1979) is a senior Teikonian diplomat and bureaucrat currently serving as the Permanent Representative of Teiko to the Alliance of Independent Nations. He was the inaugural Leader of the Alliance Council, the rotating presidency of the Alliance Council among permanent representatives.
