Matsukawa (松川市 Matsukawa-shi) is a designated city in the Chūbu Region of Nakama. It is the capital city of Shinko Prefecture and the largest component of the Greater Matsukawa Metropolitan Area, the second largest metropolitan area in Nakama with over 13 million inhabitants. Situated between Shizuku River and Nagawa River of Saito Inland Sea, Matsukawa is one of major international hub and ranked as Gamma + city.
