Mário Sá "Mar" Justino (born 16 May 1921 in Yerba Buena, Araucaria) was a Baliscan politician, engineer and guerrilla fighter, that served as the #th Secretary General of Balisca. He was a founding member of the Revolutionary Workers' Front, and was a firebrand Trotskyist–Posadist that called for nuclear proliferation and world revolution.
As Secretary General, Justino played a strong role in international matters including activities related to the Non-Aligned Movement, the decolonization of Africa, recognition of the People's Republic of China and opposition to American interventions in Latin America, being described as "a man with audacious ambitions to alter the balance of power among nations". He additionally oversaw the intensification of the Baliscan nuclear program in the face of increasing Argentine aggression and the Gulf of Guinea Crisis.
Justino remains an iconic figure amongst the Baliscan political landscape, particularly for his strides towards social and global justice, his modernization policies, and his anti-imperialist efforts. His premiership also encouraged and coincided with a Baliscan cultural boom, and the launching of large industrial projects, including the development of high speed rail in Balisca.
