Llaragón (meaning "place of hearth") is a region in central Bayara located in the foothills of the Matarrañya / Cañadapirén. It consists of prairie, savanna, riparian forest, marsh, several types of seasonal vernal pools, channels and large lakes.

Rice farming in this area produces 20% of Balisca's national crop. Significant portions of the region are protected for wildlife and habitat, and there are several ongoing projects aimed at rewilding and restoring the wetlands. The region's wetlands are of significance to the wider Western Plains ecoregion.
