This is a list of projects in Teiko. This list is limited only to projects based on their large investment commitment, vast complexity (especially in organizational terms), and long-lasting impact on the economy, the environment, and society". The number of such projects is so large that the list may never be fully completed.

Definitions

Projects listed here may be defined as:

• Projects that cost more than US$1 billion and attract a lot of public attention because of substantial impacts on communities, environment, and budgets
• Projects can also be "initiatives that are physical, very expensive, and public".

Teiko Maglev High-Speed Rail	Teiko	Under Construction	US$45,000,000,000	The proposed Teiko Maglev High-Speed Rail will be the longest maglev line in the country connecting Kaijo, Rakuzan and Akamayu. The proposed new line will cut travel time from Kaijo to Rakuzan to 15-20 minutes.
Kaijo International Airport	Echizen, Kaijo	Under Construction	US$30,000,000,000	The proposed Kaijo International Airport will replace the existing Shouzo Nijimura International Airport as the main gateway to Teiko. It will have three runways and four terminal buildings. The airport will be built in Nokonoshima Island in Echizen, Kaijo.
Teiko Shinkansen	Teiko	Completed	US$15,000,000,000	Teiko Shinkansen colloqually called as the Teiko Bullet Train is a network of high-speed rail that connects the cities of Kaijo, Rakuzan, Tetsuya, Dojimazaki, Aokuro and Akamayu. The first section of the Teiko Shinkansen connecting Kaijo and Rakuzan is the world's busiest high-speed rail line carrying 250 million passengers in 2016.
Hayama Global Village	Hakata, Kaijo	Under Construction	US$10,000,000,000	Hayama Global Village is an underconstruction smart city or "ubiquitous city" that is being built from scratch on 600 hectares (1,500 acres) of reclaimed land along Hakata waterfront.
Rakuzan-Kaijo Expressway	Rakuzan & Kaijo	Completed	US$8,500,000,000	The Rakuzan-Kaijo Expressway is the first limited access road in the country and is the busiest when ranked in numbers of vehicles handled.
Miyazaki Nuclear Power Plant	Miyazaki, Rui	Under Construction	US$6,500,000,000	The Miyazaki Nuclear Power Plant is a large power plant in Miyazaki. The facility has six pressurized water reactors (PWRs) with a total installed capacity of 5,881 MW. It is at 70% completion with Monera Heavy Industries S.A leading the construction.
Beika Industrial Park	Nishi, Beika	Completed	US$5,000,000,000	The Beika Industrial Park is master-planned industrial zone in Beika. It was completed in June 2017. Currently, more than 10 major companies are operating factories or faciltieies in the industrial zone.
Towada-Rakuzan Bridge	Towada & Rakuzan	Completed	US$3,500,000,000	The Towada-Rakuzan Bridge is the longest suspension bridge in Teiko and is the second longest suspension bridge in the world after the Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge.
Akashi Corporate Center	Shirofuku, Kaijo	Completed	US$1,000,000,000	Akashi Corporate Center is the new headquarters of the Akashi Corporation. At 600 meters, it is the tallest building in AIN and in Teiko and is the 4th tallest building in the world. It is the second tallest freestanding structure in Teiko after the Kaijo SkyTree.
