Kou Sennoza (宣野座 功, Sennoza Kou, born 3 March 1965) is a Teikonian economist, bureaucrat, and banker serving as the 29th Governor of the Bank of Teiko. Sennoza had previously served as Minister for Budget and Finance under Daijō-daijin Kinshiro Kusatsu becomming the first bureaucrat to be appointed to the position. Sennoza is also the second-longest serving Director of the Alliance Economic Agency after Gerome Coen and the longest-serving Commissioner of the Alliance of Independent Nations Statistics Institute. Prior to his work in the government, Sennoza held senior management positions at Nagakura Hijikata, Akashi and University of Kaijo.

In October 1997, Kou Sennoza was appointed Minister of Budget and Finance by Daijō-daijin Kinshiro Kusatsu. Sennoza become the first non-partisan Minister of Budget and Finance in post-war Teiko. Sennoza was credited for helping abate the effects of the 1997 Asian financial crisis.
