Kosame Isshiki (一色 小雨, Isshiki Kosame, 29 October 1882 – 26 May 1949) was a Teikonian politician who served as the 23rd Sangdaedeung of the Royal Council from 1939 to 1940. He also served as Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1935 to 1939.
