Keisuke (恵輔, Keisuke, 20 July 1812 – 14 September 1888), born as Tetsuya Kamisato was the 1st Prince of Teiko reigning from 22 December 1858 until his death on 14 September 1888. He founded the Kamisato dynasty which is the current ruling royal household of Teiko. He was succeeded by his eldest son, Akihiro.
