Josèp Bernat (11 June 1834 – 4 July 1903) was the third President of Balisca, presiding from 1868 until 1876. Josèp's administration continued many of the policies of his predecessor with little deviation, which led to widespread dissatisfaction and social unrest throughout his tenure. He ultimately resigned from the presidency following the failure of the Siege of Castejón during the Cantonal War.
