Jinbei Tsukishima (月島 仁兵衛, Tsukishima Jinbei, 10 November 1886 – 22 April 1943) was a Teikonian politician who served as the 26th Sangdaedeung of the Royal Council from March 1942 to April 1943.

In April 1943, Jinbei Tsukishima was assassinated while visiting a naval base in Beika. Tsukishima became the third Sangdaedeung to have been consecutively assassinated.
