Ingoma is a city in Formosa's Litoral Region, on the northeastern outskirts of Acua. In 2022 it had a population of 149,881, making it the second-largest organized municipality in metro Acua. The city sits on the southeastern rim of the Wouri River and straddles A4 Autovia northbound.

A traditional Duala village was originally located in Ingoma. The area developed informally as a shantytown from the 1940s as economic migrants began moving towards Acua. The city was granted town status under FRELIFO in 1969. Ingoma was redeveloped as a bedroom community centred around blocks of prefabricated tenement buildings known as Nkumillos, which continue to serve most of the population alongside informal housing in the city's outskirts.
