The Hayama Global Village is a mixed-use development complex located in Kaijo, Teiko. The complex includes six high-end residential towers, one office tower, and a 338-meter central tower comprising offices, serviced apartments and a hotel. Hayama Global Village is home to many regional headquarters of multinational corporations including Samsung, Lotte, Amazon, Okataian Standards Bank, Bank of Veratlantea, Royal Northern Bank, Apple, SAS Institute, Microsoft, Coca-Cola, and Carnival Cruise Line.

Ziyi is the first and tallest tower in the complex with a height of 341.4 m (1,120 ft). It houses the tallest conference room in the world. It also houses Basileus Oriental which is managed and operated by Basileus Hotel Group.
