The confederal flag of Balisca (Baliscano: senyara baliscana), often referred to as simply the Senyara is one of two official flags of the Baliscan Confederation alongside the Cantonalist banner. It consists of a white diagonal band diagonally dividing a blue field, effectively creating two triangles in the upper-left and lower-right corners. The current form first emerged in March 1878 and was formally adopted on 17 June 1883.

Some have attributed particular values to the colors, and a common interpretation is that the dark blue represents the sea, which surrounds the Baliscan archipelago, and white, which is most often attributed to the indigenous term for the archipelago, Anhangá (Ahiaḡ in the Kurupirangüe script, translated as 'land of spirits'), referencing the traditional indigenous view of the island the home of spirits of nature. {{
