Danshi Gakuen also known as DG is the largest adult entertainment corporation in Teiko specializing in the production of gay entertainment products such as Teiko gay videos (TGV) and gay entertainment services (Danshi Gakuen, Kaijo Boys, Rakuzan Boys and Akamayu Boys). Danshi Gakuen operates the largest network of gay bars and escort services in the country. The name Danshi Gakuen literally means Boys Academy. Danshi Gakuen has been in spotlight for violating several federal laws such as employing underage boys, circumventing prostitutions laws and romanticizing compensated dating and the sex industry. The company is known publicly for showcasing and marketing TGV actors as idols, former idol Nagito Shinomiya became the first transgender elected to the Royal Council.
