Daisuke Niwa Avenue commonly known as Tozai Dori is a major thoroughfare in Kaijo. It stretches west from Chenle Circle in Echizen to Baekhyun Plaza in Nozaki. It is one of the major east-west avenues in the city and consistently ranks among the most congested thoroughfare in the country. The Kaijo Metro Echizen Line and Kaijo Metro Hakozaki Line runs underneath the avenue.
