Concordia (Latin: "Harmony"; Kurupiran: Apúchína; "gathering place"), also known as the Alpujarra Megalopolis (Baliscano: Megalopoli de Alpujarra) or simply Alpujarras, is a conurbation and megaregion in the Baliscan Confederation. Centered on the Salto Bay in South-central of the island of Atlántida it runs primarily northwest to southeast from the northern outskirts of León in Tukupi, to the southern suburbs of Carabassa (Vitacura) and the northern outskirts of Syracuse (Piedmont).

Home to approximately 36 million people (representing around 26% of Balisca's total population), Concordia contains many urbanized communes with nationally significant landmarks and protected areas, along with renowned regional and national parks, connected by a complex multimodal transportation network. The conurbation is known for its natural beauty, progressive politics, world-class universities, technology companies, and affluence. It includes the major cities of Castejón, Valparaíso and Jatiel, along with their metropolitan areas and smaller satellite cities such as Yerba Buena, León, Amposta, Syracuse and Carabassa.

As of 1 January 2024, the conurbation had an estimated GDP of $2.021 trillion when calculated in terms of purchasing power parity, translating to a $55,815 GDP per capita. It is one of the world's most productive regions, and represents 31.7% of Balisca's total gross domestic product.

The communes of Concordia rank among the overall best region in metrics such as healthcare, e-democracy, access to education, and modal share. If considered a single region, Concordia has the highest regional median average income in Balisca, while simultaneously having the highest income inequality. A 2021 Balista confederal survey found Concordia overall to be the one of the "best areas to live in the future" based on 13 forward-looking measurements including various economic, lifestyle, and health-related outlook metrics.

As a center of many industries, including alternative finance, fintech, international trade, news and traditional media, real estate, education, fashion, entertainment, tourism, biotechnology, law, and manufacturing, the Concordia region is one of the most prominent economic regions in the world. It also has a rich ecosystem of startups, incubators, and accelerators in the fields of agile tech, biotech, medical tech, and innovation.
