Akashi Land and Properties is a Teikonian multinational real estate headquartered in Kaijo, Teiko. It is a subsidiary of Akashi Group. The company's core businesses are in strategic landbank management, residential development, shopping centers, and corporate offices development. Akashi Land and Properties also used to manage hotels and resorts until the Akashi Hotels and Resorts International was formed in 1965. The company is known for its flagship project, Akashi Global City, the largest mixed-use development in the country in terms of land area and total leasable space.
