Aigües dels Criolls (Catalan meaning "waters of the creoles"), popularly shortened to simply Aigües is a highly urbanized commune in the Estuarian region of Quiscosta. The commune had an estimated population of 1,003,216 as of 1 May 2023.

The commune has a multicultural and multilingual heritage, being so strongly influenced by a mixture of 18th–century Occitan, Basque, Castilian, Catalan, Indigenous, and African cultures that they are considered to be especially exceptional in Balisca. In addition, colonists imported numerous African people as slaves up to the end of the 18th century. Many Africans were forcibly brought from various areas in West Africa, thus concentrating their culture; Filipinos also arrived during the colonial era.
